After 15 years as a professional accountant in Public Practice, Michael managed his family businesses for the next 20 years. As a CEO he discovered that he could negotiate cultural change using strategic management tools that facilitated implementation. He used his Change Management Process to implement change within his organisation. For him implementation became everything.

These days with MKA he professionalizes management processes using a strategic approach, re-designs business models and re-capitalizes financial structures. He possesses extensive experience in working with teams and difficult individuals.

Michael provides clients with exceptional strategic thinking skills coupled with a thorough understanding of how to use over 150 business tools that are designed to provide management with ownership of their organizational change. Raphe Patmore BEd, MBA

Raphe has over 25 years experience in technology marketing and strategic planning. Raphe founded Modus Operandi; an innovative and successful multimedia development company in Perth WA, which recently merged with Fuel Creative. Raphe was Executive Director of Q Multimedium Ltd, a publicly listed computer game and wireless application protocol (WAP) developer.

Raphe was founder and CEO of Patmore Parker Pty Ltd a marketing consultancy, whose clients included Microsoft, OzEmail, Ergotel, Future Technology Resources, Arrowfield Wines and Q Multimedium.

Raphe provides our clients with strategic marketing and technology implementation expertise, which compliments MKA's goal of helping our clients implement the changes needed to grow their business.
